Are your products handmade?
Painstakingly. Obsessively. One tiny bead at a time by two best friends with excellent taste and questionable hobbies.
Because each piece is handmade, slight variations may occur, which is a fancy way of saying your vice is one of a kind.
How long will my order take to ship?
We typically ship within 3–5 business days. We're a tiny operation, not Amazon Prime, and every order gets the attention it deserves before heading your way.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can obsessively refresh it like the rest of us.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Generally, no. Because our pieces are handmade and made with obsession, all sales are final.
That said, if we made a mistake or your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.
Can I customize my vice?
Maybe. We love a good special request, but availability depends on what you want and our product availability. Hit us up through our contact page, and we'll see what we can do.
What are the beaded cigarettes actually for?
Whatever your little heart desires, as long as it doesn't involve lighting them.
Clip one to your bag, keys, clear case, or anywhere else that could use a tiny hit of dopamine. They're accessories, conversation starters, and arguably better for you than an actual cig.
Are the cigarette accessories safe for children?
No. Our products contain small parts and are not toys. Please keep them away from young children and pets.
What are your charm necklaces made of?
Our curated charm necklaces feature 18-inch gold-filled chains and a handpicked collection of charms chosen around a specific theme, mood, or personality trait you may or may not have made your entire identity.

Will my jewelry tarnish?
Gold-filled jewelry is designed to be more durable and tarnish-resistant than standard gold-plated jewelry, but she's not invincible. Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfume, lotions, harsh chemicals, and other forms of disrespect.
Treat her well, and she'll love you longer.
What if my package says delivered but I can't find it?
First, check with neighbors, household members, and any suspiciously interested porch pirates in your immediate vicinity. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive, so we recommend allowing 24–48 hours.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Tiny Vice & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we'll always do our best to point you in the right direction.
