Returns & Refunds: All Sales Are Final, Babe

We make tiny vices, not buyer’s remorse disappear.

Because every Tiny Vice & Co. piece is handmade or hand-curated with an obsessive amount of love and attention, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong thing, or had a sudden and unexpected attack of financial responsibility.

That said, if we made a mistake, we’ll make it right. Obviously. We may be a little unhinged, but we have standards.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once we review it, we’ll work with you on a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Please keep in mind that normal variations in handmade items are not considered defects. Each piece is made by actual humans, not robots, so slight differences are part of the charm—and proof that your vice is uniquely yours.

The short version: Changed your mind? She’s yours now. We made a mistake? We’ve got you.
